The changes feed
GET /orgs/{org}/changes
Events since a cursor, permission-filtered (§15.6).
Parameters

since | query | string | The next_cursor of the previous call; omit to start from the oldest retained event. |
types | query | string | Comma-separated types; task.* matches a prefix. |
spaces | query | string | Comma-separated space slugs or ids. |
limit | query | integer (int32) | Page size (default 50, max 200). |
